Mocktree Barns were once a set of farm buildings which have now been carefully converted to provide five distinct and individually furnished cottages situated around a south-facing courtyard.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our wildlife friendly gardens that overlook the bordering farmland and rolling countryside. We are actively involved in promoting green tourism and we garden organically. Our chicken’s eggs, garden produce and herb garden are available to guests.

All our cottages have fully equipped kitchens, TVs, DVD players, and Wi-Fi. A large private parking area is available for guest vehicles and we have secure cycle storage. A type 2 car charging point (30p/kwhr) is available within the courtyard.

Your hosts, Andrea and Nigel, live in the adjacent Mocktree Barn and will offer you a warm welcome during your stay, address any requirements with you and are happy to provide you with guidance on the local area, eating places, walking and cycle routes.
